Chef Jean Nestor, Vice President
Chef Nestor was born and raised in Haiti, where his love for food and culture began at an early age. Growing up in a family deeply connected to the land—his parents were farmers—he learned early on that fresh, high-quality ingredients are the foundation of good living. Watching relatives prepare flavorful, from-scratch meals sparked a lifelong appreciation for the power of food to bring people together.
Although Chef Nestor initially pursued college studies in graphic design, he soon recognized that his true calling was in the culinary arts. Guided by passion and purpose, he transitioned into the food and hospitality industry, where he has now built over 30 years of professional experience.
Chef Nestor has worked in fine dining restaurants, country clubs, hotels, and catering environments, collaborating with master chefs from diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences greatly shaped his culinary style, technique, and creativity. Immersing himself in different cultures through food has been both an education and a continuous source of inspiration.
Today, Chef Nestor is dedicated to crafting exceptional dining experiences. He specializes in menu development, experimenting with innovative techniques while honoring classic flavors. His thoughtful preparation and visually appealing presentation elevate each dish, offering guests seasonal ingredients and fresh, delicious twists on timeless favorites. Through his work, Chef Nestor remains committed to quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence.
